Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 1 day prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings must be cancelled before 11.00AM,1 day before arrival you will be charged in full for your booking.Deposit of 20% will be taken as the booking is made. The day before at 6am, the remaining balance will be taken.
long term more than seven days or group booking seven rooms or more we require 30 days notice forcancelation otherwise it will be fully charged
